Find a house that you are interested in.

​Make sure it suits all your needs, including , School Zoning, Pets etc.

​Drive Past the Property

​Assess the area first to save you the time & hassle of filling out forms for an area you may not even be intersted in living in. It is imperitave that you do not actually go onto the property, as it may still be tenanted.

​Fill out an Application Form.

Return Application form for Vetting

Please ensure that 2 forms of current identification accompany all Application forms.

​Organise Viewing

Meet with Property Manager at Property , and view interior of property.
